With experience in special education, criminal justice and children’s services in the UK,  Rosalind has been working with groups and individuals for over 25 years. She is primarily interested in enabling confidence and success in communication beyond the barriers of power, status and perceived difference. She is a qualified adult educator, coach and NVR practitioner, and works with awareness, humour and care.
